When should I RSVP by?

We are keeping our big day intimate and ask that you RSVP no later than May 25th, 2025.

What should I Wear?
Answer
We recommend anything from semi-formal to dressy casual (just no jeans, please)! Montana can get pretty warm in the summer months and we plan to have our ceremony outside. Please watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly, but at the end of the day we want you to wear what you feel most comfortable in!

It Looks Like It Might Rain - What Is The Plan?

We are beyond excited to share the beauty of the Beartooth Mountains with our guests! It is common to have a rain and/or thunderstorm roll through on summer days. We will plan to still have our ceremony outside rain or shine -- however it is a downpour we will likely push our start time back just a bit!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We know things can run behind on wedding days, but please plan to arrive to the venue no alter than 4:45pm so you have plenty of time to park and find your way to a seat before our ceremony begins.

Do I Need Cash For The Bar?
Answer
Drinks are on us! We'll be hosting an open bar of wine, beer, bubbles and non-alcoholic choices!

WE RECOMMEND BOOKING LODGING ASAP!! Red Lodge has many short term rentals if you are looking for an entire place to yourself! We have used AAA rentals, Airbnb and vrbo in the past and loved our stays. If you prefer hotels/motels, Red Lodge has many and we found this website helpful; https://www.redlodge.com/montana-lodging.asp Billings is approximately 1 hour away and has many hotel options as well.
