CAN I BRING A DATE?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT KIND OF FOOD AND DRINKS WILL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Our venue will be serving both Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sherry Cream and Roasted Petite Filet Mignon with Savory Demi-Glace. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let the bride and/or groom know as soon as possible! Drinks will be available throughout the whole night. Cheers!

WHERE SHOULD THE GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

There is free parking available to all our guests in the venue location. Please make sure to park in the Golf Club of California's parking lot. The address should lead you straight to the lot.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF THE YEAR?

Answer

According to the weather channel, we can expect the highest to be ~76 degrees fahrenheit and lowest to be ~56 degrees fahrenheit. Please be sure to bring a light jacket for the cold night!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15 mins before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the celebration started as scheduled. Please enjoy our string musicians by arriving 15 mins earlier!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the families and bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks (all night long)!

HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AFTER THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Our families and the bridal party will be staying overnight in the city of Vista, CA. If you plan to stay overnight after the reception and/or join our bridal party to celebrate, please let the bride&groom know and we will send recommendations your way!
