Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal Attire. Break out those linen suits! We suggest that men wear a suit or a long-sleeved shirt with a jacket/blazer and slacks (tie optional). We suggest women wear a semi-formal dress, jumpsuit or dressy separates. Light, airy attire is encouraged - think flowy dresses and lightweight suits. The venue is on the beach and the ceremony will take place on the sand. There will be a location to store shoes during the ceremony. The venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to limited space, we kindly ask that our guests do not bring a plus one unless your invitation specifically states otherwise. For further questions please reach out to Meagan & Tyler. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You’ll dance all night, you’re not a quitter, so we request that you hire a sitter. Although we adore your children, our big day is an adults-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking will be available for $49 paid for by the guest. Guests are highly encouraged to take the trolley that will be provided to the ceremony & reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle provided to and from the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota to the Beach Club. Guests staying at other hotels will need transportation to and from the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. More details to follow.
