FAQs

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and dinner and dancing will be held inside the barn. If the weather cooperates, we may also move the dancing outside.

Question

Is there places to stay at the venue?

Answer

The venue can accommodate up to 40 RVs for camping, along with designated areas for tent camping. Please note that RV sites do not have full hookups, so be sure to bring a generator and arrive with a full tank of water. Additional lodging is available at local Airbnbs and nearby hotels in Yakima. We recommend Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and Comfort Suites.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal, with an emphasis on comfort. We want everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy the celebration.

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We’re excited to have JJ’s Birria and Antojitos catering our wedding. They’ll be serving a full taco bar, along with rice and beans for everyone.

Question

Can I take photo's during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests keep their phones off and put away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture these moments, and we’d love to avoid phones appearing in the photos. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st so we can get an accurate headcount as soon as possible.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to our limited guest capacity, we are keeping our wedding as child-free as possible. The only children attending will be those participating in the ceremony, as well as infants. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Josh or Shelby.
