Calgary is the nearest airport to the venue. If you plan on coming early to enjoy the Candian Rocky Mountains, feel free to fly into other airports if that fits you better.

Transportation & Parking

Due to the low inventory of rental cars, we HIGHLY encourage you to book your rental car well in advance to secure a ride. You may choose to get your own rental car through traditional means, but some alternative options are available through TURO (Car rental App) or getting with a group and reserving a shuttle vehicle. If you do plan on parking, you will navigate to the Lodge Parking Site and a shuttle will take you to the main lodge close by. Lodge Parking Site Address: Emerald Lake Rd, Field, BC V0A 1G0, Canada

Parks Pass Requirement

Every vehicle driving through a national park is required to have a parks pass on display inside their vehicle while they are in the national park. That is anywhere from Banff through Yoho National Park (our wedding location). It is advised to order this in advance via the link below.
