What Day is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding is at 5 p.m. on June 28th, 2024. PLEASE ARRIVE at 4pm as shuttles will be leaving at 4:15pm to the Ceremony site.

Where is the Ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at Boyce Meadows. We will meet at Purgatory and they will shuttle everyone over to and from the ceremony site.

Can I Bring a Plus one?
Answer
We are not extending plus ones to our guests and only those listed on the invitations are invited. This is a deeply special and personal day for us, so we only want to share it with those we have met. * If we have missed someone from the household that should be in attendance, please let us know

What should I wear?
Answer
We are asking guests to dress in semi formal summer attire. Pinterest and google have good examples of “semi formal summer wedding attire” I would say florals, bright colors and pastels are on theme but whatever color you are comfortable with is fine. This wedding dress code is a step up from dressy casual attire, but not quite as bold as cocktail attire or as fancy as formal attire (i.e. black tie and black tie optional). When dressing for a semi-formal wedding, aim for understated and elegant looks—think streamlined blazers, dress shirts, pantsuits, midi dresses, and simple accessories. Classic hues, like navy blue, burgundy, and black, are some of our favorite go-to colors for semi-formal attire. This is a summer-themed wedding so colorful pastels are encouraged, but not required.

Where should we fly into?

There are a few airports within 45 minutes of Durango but we recommend flying into Durango Airport (DRO).

Where should we stay?
Answer
If you are staying only for a few days, we recommend staying at Purgatory Mountain Resort. This is where the pickup site for the ceremony and reception will be. If you plan on making a mini vacay out of the trip, we still recommend staying at the resort for at least Thursday and Friday night then checking into a hotel in Durango for the remainder. We suggest this because the drive back into Durango is down a dark mountain pass with wildlife. If you are not familiar with Colorado driving at night, it would be best to have a room within walking distance of the reception. We have a 15% discount at Purg for less than 4 days and 25% if your booking exceeds 4 days. Please do not book a hotel in Pagosa Springs or Farmington as the drive is very long and you will regret it.
