We went to the same high school, but never really crossed paths. Rachel was outgoing and always surrounded by friends, while Hutton tended to keep to himself. After graduation, life took us in completely different directions. Years later, things changed in a way neither of us expected. Rachel began exploring the Catholic faith and eventually joined a small group at St. Joseph’s led by Hutton’s dad. Through that, we reconnected. We started spending more time together going to Mass, sitting in Adoration, and just getting to know each other. What started as a simple friendship grew naturally into something more. Along the way, we built a relationship rooted in shared faith, plenty of laughs, and a lot of meaningful conversations. Hutton proposed on a beach in Naples, Florida, and Rachel said yes! Now we’re getting ready to be married at St. Joseph’s, the place where we reconnected. we are grateful for how everything came together. From barely knowing each other in high school to building a life side by side, it’s been quite a journey and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
