Didn't y'all already get married...?

Answer

Yes! Due to difficult schedules (#residency) and an already long engagement, Taylor and I had an intimate ceremony on 10/23/2020 in Taylor's hometown of San Luis Obispo, CA. But we still desperately want to celebrate with everyone so we are doing round two! The plan is to do a vow renewal and reception at the same place we originally planned to get married outside of Asheville, NC.

Our new date is Saturday, November 20, 2021! Otherwise, it will still be located at the Ridge in Marshall, NC at 4pm.

Do I have to be vaccinated against COVID-19?

Answer

Yes. Come on y'all. You knew that was coming. No exceptions. Call or text Laura or Taylor with any questions.

How will this be safe during COVIDs umpteenth surge?

Answer

We are in the process of making this as safe as possible. That means everyone will need to show us proof of vaccination. Depending on how this latest surge goes we might also be requiring a negative COVID test in the days leading up to the reception. Our space offers the ability to create an inside/outside combination which we plan to utilize. That being said, if we feel that we will not be able to accomplish this safely with everyone we desperately want to be there we may have to make further changes as the day draws closer. The safety of all of you, our loved ones, is the most important thing to us and we will continue to prioritize that throughout the coming months. We also recognize that every family is unique and will understand if you choose to celebrate with us in spirit instead.
