Question

What safety measures are in place for COVID-19?

Answer

To keep you and all our loved ones safe and comfortable, we are requiring guests and vendors to be vaccinated and tested prior to the wedding date. We understand that this situation may make your attendance of our wedding in-person impossible. This deeply saddens us because we love you and will miss you, but as much as we want to start our marriage with you present, we want you to stay safe more. If the above is something you are available to do, please RSVP "Yes." If the above is NOT something you are available to do, please RSVP "No." We completely understand.

Will COVID-19 testing be required?

Answer

Yes - kindly test within 24 hours of the wedding. We are providing rapid tests for every guest. 1. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, rapid tests will be provided in your welcome bag. 2. If you are staying at an alternative hotel, please email loriwilliams1010@gmail.com and we will drop your welcome bag off at the hotel. 3. If you are not staying overnight, tests will be available upon arrival to the venue. The test takes 15 minutes to complete. Please take the test in your car before joining us in the venue.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a ramp from the parking lot and the facilities are all one level from there.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We request that phones and cameras remain in your purse/pocket during the ceremony and first dance. We have hired photographers and videographers to capture these special moments. We encourage using our photo guest book to capture your picture upon arrival and feel free to take photos throughout the rest of the reception.

Will we be outside?

Answer

Nope! The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking is free onsite at Riverdale Manor. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, you can also catch the shuttle.

Can I choose my meal?

Answer

Yes! We will have several stations with varying food options for you to choose from. Caterers will be at each station to serve you.

Question

Will there be a Meet & Greet?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to current conditions with COVID we have cancelled our Meet & Greet the evening prior to the wedding.
