Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park

Hi! We have booked a block of hotel rooms (15) for our guests, rooms consist of either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed. You can choose which room works for you! The room totals for a 2 night stay (April 8 & 9 with checkout on April 10) with all of our discount codes already included! Please contact the hotel directly to book your room(s) by calling the number (719)-687-2095, and stating you are booking in the "Rebecca Hutcherson Block". Additionally, please contact me (336-529-8646) if all the rooms are booked, and I will try to call and add more to the block. I believe 15 rooms at this place was the limit! If the block is booked, you can still book outside the block we have provided. If you need to cancel your room at all for any reason, please let me know a week in advance of April 9th so we can avoid any extra charges. Happy planning!!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs North

This is an option for booking a hotel too! We do not have a block of rooms here, but another option for a close hotel. Only about 30 minutes away from the venue, it’s a great alternative option to stay closer to whatever airport you fly in to!

Flight

Colorado Springs Airport

Colorado Springs Airport is definitely the closest (40 minutes from Woodland Park) and easiest airport to fly into Woodland Park, with also providing rental car options if needed. Not many Ubers/Lyfts up in our area! Colorado Springs Airport can be a little pricey, but for NC folks if you can find a flight from Greensboro or Raleigh to Colorado Springs, sometimes you can catch some deals!

Denver International Airport

Denver will be the easiest (and cheapest) most likely to get a direct flight to Colorado. Denver is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the venue and lodging options in Woodland Park. They also have plenty of options to rent a car with! Happy traveling!
