IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There is NO parking at the venue unless you plan to camp. There will be a shuttle provided from the Minturn Ranger Station at 12:00 p.m. Additional shuttles will depart from The Evergreen Lodge at 11:45 a.m.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Evergreen Lodge, Minturn Ranger Station and Tigiwon Community House.

What if I'm staying at a different hotel in Vail other than the Evergreen Lodge?

Answer

Vail offers a free in town busses that services all of West Vail to East Vail including Vail Village and Lionshead. If you are staying outside of Vail Village or Lionshead, refer to this website with bus schedules. https://www.vail.gov/government/departments/transportation-services/bus-information/bus-schedules-summer

When will the shuttle leave the venue?

Shuttles will loop guest back down to their vehicles based on demand between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
