Yes, we will be providing transportation for all of our guest to and from The Hotel at Avalon. The buses will do a pick-up at 4:30pm in the lobby of the hotel to take guest to the venue. The buses will return back to the venue at 10:30pm to return back to The Hotel at Avalon. Mask will be required on the bus at all times. We can provide you a mask if you forget yours. :)
Yes, parking is available and overnight parking is welcome. The property is gated and the gate will be open on Saturday 8/22 from 10:00am to 12:00pm for car pickups.

Both hotel blocks are about 15 minutes away from the venue. Both hotel blocks are amazing and highly recommended.
Without traffic it will take about 45 minutes.

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner will be located inside but dancing under the pavilion outdoors.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, please arrive between 5:00pm - 5:20pm. The gates will be closed 5 minutes prior to the ceremony and will reopen at the cocktail.
We are having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that no phones, iPad, cameras, etc. be used during our ceremony. We promise to share the professional photos from our photographers. Once the ceremony is over and the celebrations begin, please feel free to take photos at the cocktail and reception.
Semi-Formal: Long or short dress for the ladies and suits for the men.
