We recommend flying into Kansas City International Airport (MCI) , which is about 23 minutes from the venue. It’s the easiest option with plenty of flights.
There is a full parking lot at the venue for those who are driving! Because we have so many guests coming from out of town, we had to split our room block between 2 sister hotels nearby. One of the hotels will have a shuttle service to take guests to and from the venue for the duration of the wedding. Unfortunately, the other hotel will not. We apologize for the inconvenience, but luckily neither hotel is too far from the venue, so carpooling, ubers, and lyfts will be a an affordable option!
All the locations are listed on our Schedule page, it will be the same venue for both ceremony and reception.
Our dress code is formal attire. Ceremony will be outdoors, so weather-friendly shoes are a good call!
Yes, we will have a buffet style dinner and an open bar for the night!

Guests were grouped together by address, so if you have a family member who is not on your RSVP, they most likely have a separate RSVP for everyone who resides at the additional address!
As long as you contact the bride or groom with your additional guest(s) in a timely manner, we will do our best to accommodate and change your RSVP as needed.
