Dinner and drinks will be provided. Please arrive by 5pm - the rodeo show will start promptly at 5:10pm! Dress code is Western Chic: classic Western touches like boots, denim, and dresses, dressed up for the occasion. As the sun sets, temperatures may drop into the 40s–50s. Since we’ll be celebrating outdoors, we encourage you to bring a cozy jacket. We’ll also have heaters to help keep everyone warm.

Ceremony & Reception

Haywagons will depart from the flag pole by the lobby at 3:30pm. Our ceremony will take place on gravel, and the cocktail hour and reception will be held on grass—so we recommend wearing or bringing shoes that are comfortable for outdoor terrain (block heels, wedges, or flats). Dress code is Formal Attire: suits and gowns.

Farewell Cowboy Breakfast

Join us for an epic Cowboy Breakfast. Hay wagons will depart by 9:00 AM from the flagpole and return by 10:30 AM to accommodate check-out times and early departures. Dress code is Casual Attire. Dress warmly as mornings can be chilly.
