Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

While yes there will be parking for all those who wish to drive, keep in mind that there is no overnight parking. So if you plan to partake in any of the amazing wines or beer products available, please plan on Ubering to the venue or having a responsible designated driver to get you and your car home safely!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, please! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Also keep in mind it will be the middle of July in the great state of Kansas, so don't dress too warm!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 4:00pm so plan to arrive by 3:30pm to make sure you don't miss the good stuff!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our wedding party is registered at Best Western in Olathe, Kansas under the Hupp Gavin wedding. They recommend making a reservation ASAP!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet style meal catered by Jack Stack with brisket, BBQ chicken, coleslaw, and baked beans for dinner so if you have any food allergies or sensitivities please plan accordingly!
