Henry and I met at Texas Health while we were still pre-health. In the ER, he worked registration while I was scribe. He set up these pre-health events lead by the ER physicians for anyone that wanted more hands-on exposure. We exchanged numbers during these group sessions, but eventually lost touch for a few years. Fast forward to when Henry was about to graduate medical school and head off to residency and I was about to start my clinical year of PA school. He called me out of the blue and we reconnected. We started our long distance relationship shortly afterwards and the rest is history ♡
