FAQs

The Wedding Website of Huong Lambert and AJ Lambert
If you have any questions or concerns about the dress code, please feel free to text or call Huong :)
Question

What does "Black-Tie Encouraged" mean?

Answer

Black-Tie Encouraged means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (traditional tuxedo or an evening gown) but may choose to wear a formal suit, midi length cocktail dress or tailored pantsuit/jumpsuit instead. Generally, a black-tie encouraged dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie, therefore it is courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their attire.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on the card included in your formal invitation with your phone camera. Once you have the camera focused on the QR code, a link will pop up. Press on the link - it will lead you the RSVP page on our wedding website. Fill out your name and the RSVP collector will walk you through the rest of the process. Alternatively, if you are already on the wedding website, you can navigate to the RSVP tab located on the top bar.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by July 9th! This will help us finalize all of the details and ensure an amazing day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly. Any unanswered RSVPs will regretfully be marked as "decline". <3

Question

What do I do if I know I can't make it?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can so that we can have an accurate guest count. If you have any questions, concerns or hesitations, please feel free to give us a call!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Chatham Station at 4:30 PM to allow for ample time for parking and getting seated. We will have a champagne welcome for guests beginning at 4:30 PM. The procession will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation envelope and included on the RSVP collector. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Children will be specifically addressed on the RSVP collector. Due to limited space at our venue, we ask that you do not bring children unless specified on your invitation.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outside on our venue's patio. The reception will take place indoors with the option for guests to utilize the patio as well.

Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer
