We will be having plated mains, so have a look through the menu and select your preference below. MENU Option 1 Slow cooked lamb shank placed on a bed of creamy potato mash, drizzled with rosemary jus, with seasonal vegetables. Option 2 Fork tender fillet topped with black mushrooms, on a bed of creamy potato mash and served with seasonal vegetables and madera jus. Option 3 Parmesan crumbed Chicken Roulade served on creamy potato mash with seasonal vegetables and cream chive sauce. Vegetarian A mediterranean one-pot casserole with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and a touch of curry, finished off with sweet apricots and parsley garnish.
