Kea and I went here with Quinn and Taylor on our engagement trip! They have live music and unreal tacos. Their food is a modern take on Mexican classics. Great vibes, tasty mescal cocktails, and a super fun atmosphere.
We call Cabo Surf Hotel our "almost venue". We signed the paper work, met the owner had too many margs, and fell in love, so we "almost" got married here. Apparently we have too many tequila-drinking friends so we found the best venue for our party. That being said, Cabo Surf is awesome! Great place for lunch or dinner, watch the surfers, have a meal overlooking right where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific. We love this place! Feel free to go for lunch, they have surfboards to rent for the public and a super fun wave for anyone from groms (like me) to shredders (like Kea).
Kea and I did a double date night here on our very first trip to Cabo. Super fun spot for dinner, more upscale, great food, and super rad ambiance. The drinks were insanely good and the Latin-American style food was ridiculously tasty.
We had to throw our all-time favorite location in here, the place where it all started and where Keaton said yes! Viceroy has a few delicious restaurants. They have some of the best steak and shrimp tacos for lunch if you are looking for a quiet and quant vibe. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant Cielomar is an exceptional place to watch the sunset, have an incredible dinner, and listen to some live music. Occasionally they have a killer band there, recommend you call ahead!
Okay okay, call us basic but this place speaks for itself. If you have never been to Cabo then this is a must try. We love Flora or it's neighbor Acre for brunch/lunch. Awesome atmosphere, food, cocktails, places to shop, and great to walk around afterwards. We tend to hit either Flora or Acre every time we are in town. It attracts the tourists... but for good reason.
Edith's! This is a San Lucas staple, super fun for a true Cabo experience. Great traditional Mexican food, grungy, mariachi, tequila, everything you want out of Cabo.
The art walk is awesome! If you fly in on Thursday I highly recommend you check it out. There are dozens of local artists who come out on Thursday night and show off their incredible work. Located right in the heart of San Jose, so check out one of the many restaurants, go to the art walk, and explore.
