Hotel
We have a room block reserved at Hotel Nickel Plate Fishers for November 21, 2025 through November 23, 2025. The hotel is where the welcome party is hosted and it is minutes from the reception. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive the preferred rate. ***Hotel Nickel Plate releases more rooms in the hotel block as they get booked, so it may say there are no rooms available even though they are. If it says no rates available, please reach out to the Hunts or Rabys and we can have more rooms added to the room block at the preferred rate for you!
Shuttle
November 22, 2025 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm
After the ceremony, shuttles will run between the Nickel Plate Hotel and The Bluffs throughout the evening. Simply park at the garage, walk over to the hotel, and hop on a shuttle. Cars cannot be left overnight at The Bluffs. If you decide to drive and park at The Bluffs, please note that the gates close at midnight, and your car will be locked in. Our recommendation: Even if you’re local, please take advantage of the free hotel parking and the quick shuttle ride. This way you won’t have to worry about moving your car at the end of the night
Travel Note
Transportation will be provided from the Nickel Plate Hotel to the reception venue throughout the event. Other hotels are available in the area but we do not have blocks there and will not be able to provide transportation.
