Yes we invite all our guests to dress up and join us in a western style! Cowboy formal! Wear a cowboy hat and boots if you’d like! We’d love to see: Women: Mid-floor length dresses/sundresses, beige, tan, baby blue, lavender, pinks, terracotta, brown, florals, patterns, etc. Men: Light or dark jeans, button-up shirts, jackets, or cowboy formal attire. Since our celebration will be both indoor and outdoor, and in the summer, we encourage everyone to dress comfortably while still embracing the semi-formal theme. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed to impress and ready to enjoy the festivities!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus-one, their name will be included under yours when you RSVP.
This evening is dedicated to celebrating the bride and groom, and we encourage you to take a break and fully enjoy the festivities. While this is an adult-focused event, children are welcome if only included on the invitation. If there is any conflict or concern please contact the bride asap. (We have lots of new babies being born. Newborns are welcome.) Please note that our DJ will be spinning some fantastic hits, but some songs may include language that might not be suitable for younger ears. We appreciate your understanding and kindly request that no recommendations or special accommodations be made.
Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified on your formal invitation, we will automatically mark your response as "Not Attending." Timely headcounts are essential for our wedding planning, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late RSVPs. We hope you understand that, due to this policy, any late responses will result in no food, drink, or seating accommodations.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to find your seat and settle in. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, please enter quietly to avoid disrupting the proceedings. Alternatively, you are welcome to join us at the start of the cocktail hour if you prefer.
We warmly invite all our friends and family to be fully present as we embark on this new chapter together. To ensure everyone can enjoy the ceremony without distractions, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos during this time. However, you’re more than welcome to capture memories with your phones during the cocktail hour and reception! We have a professional photographer on hand to document our ceremony, and we look forward to sharing those special moments with you.
Yes- it’s on our website. We are incredibly blessed to already have a home together and all of the traditional wedding registry items. We have selected some items along with honeymoon cash funds if you wish to contribute. Your support and wishes are all that truly matters to us and we are excited to share our special day with you.
Please note that we will not be providing transportation services for our guests. We encourage everyone who plans on enjoying drinks during the celebration to arrange for a designated driver or alternative transportation in advance. Your safety is important to us, and we want to ensure everyone has a wonderful time without any worries.
