What is the dress code?

Answer

Montana Semi-Formal: Still a little dressy, but with a fair amount of room for personal style. Men - Slacks or nice jeans, a dress shirt, or a blazer. Western cut is fine. Dress shoes, boots, or casual shoes are appropriate. Women - A nice dress or a colorful sundress. Boots, casual shoes or dress shoes are all appropriate. Heels are okay but be mindful there will be uneven ground throughout the venue.

When should I book my hotel accommodations?

Answer

Bozeman is a very popular travel destination in the summertime so we encourage you to book your hotel or airbnb accommodations as soon as possible. Staying in Belgrade (near the venue) or Bozeman (~25 minute drive to venue) are good locations to book.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event with the exception of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the ranch for you to park. We will have signs directing you where to park.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.
