We met in the fall of 2018 at the Bethany Lutheran Vikings baseball team fall scrimmage. Ashley's brother CJ was in his first year at Bethany and playing baseball, and after the scrimmage, CJ introduced Ashley (not at Bethany yet) and their parents to his Colorado friends, Hunter and Brent, and they all went out to eat. Flash forward a year, Ashley started school at Bethany and started taking pictures for the baseball team and got to know the team that way. After being just friends throughout college, CJ reconnected us after we both had graduated and tee'd us up. Our first date was golfing at North Links over Memorial Day Weekend 2023 and the rest is history. :)
