Lauren and Lindsay met at UC Davis as Animal Science majors, where they bonded quickly over their mutual love for animals, In-N-Out, and napping. Lauren is actually responsible for setting Lindsay up with her now husband, Andrew, and was Maid of Honor in their wedding. Lindsay is looking forward to returning the favor, and celebrating with her best friend!

I shared a bedroom with Andrew for the first 7 years of my life and since then it's been 18 years of backyard projects, outdoor adventures, geeking out over engineering, and tag-team bacon cooking. He's my "big bro" and I will always "look up" to him.

Lauren and Jaimee met during Lauren’s first year of veterinary school, as roommates. They didn’t know it yet, but they would quickly become close friends. They shared many interests including: tv shows, hiking, crockpot meals, and Jaimee’s pitbull, Xena. Jaimee was so thankful to have Lauren not only as a roommate, but best friend (and Xena agrees). Even since our graduations, although both very busy, close friendship knows no distance. Jaimee cannot wait to celebrate and be there on Lauren and Andrew’s wedding day.

Janak has earned himself a common law marriage to Andrew, a place on the Nichols family Christmas card, and a room in his future home. He's thankful Lauren still sees him as an ally, not a threat.

Aimee and Lauren first bonded in veterinary school over their love of sleep. Throughout the years, Aimee has been the official taste tester of Andrews cooking adventures and he has slowly surpassed Lauren as her favorite. Lauren never fed her. Aimee is so excited (too excited) for Lauren and Andrews special day!

A purveyor of fine whiskey, comic books, and the latest cooking, BBQ'ing and smoking gadgets, Avi is Andrew's favorite brother in law. He is Andrew's partner in crime for all things cooking and Batman related.
Nikki
Bridesmaid
Nikki and Lauren met as roommates during vet school. They were complete strangers, who’s bedrooms were connected through a hole in the closet. At first, Lauren was not thrilled with Nikki's loud, obnoxious, and Patriot loving personality. But, they bonded over football Sunday's, Nightly News with Lester Holt, candle obsession, and late night study sessions. They couldn’t have survived vet school without each other. Friendship isn’t about who you’ve known the longest, it’s about who’s always there for you.
