Our Story
Zaida and Hunter met and became friends in August 2023 while they were each serving Missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Tempe Arizona. Hunter completed his mission in February 2024 and but he and Zaida exchanged emails until Zaida returned home from her mission in December 2024. They started dating in January 2025 and have dated ever since, including a long distance relationship from May through August while Hunter was working in Alaska. They were so happy to be back together in August and took a trip to Europe, visiting Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France. On August 29th Hunter romantically proposed marriage in beautiful, Manarola Italy. Zaida happily said YES! They are excited to be married and sealed together for eternity on November 20th 2025 in the Saratoga Springs Utah Temple. They can not wait to celebrate with all their friends and family in the Ballroom of the historic Provo City Library that evening.
