When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’re coming by October 1st so I can make sure we have everyone’s meal choice and enough chairs for the ceremony!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

I tried to fill in everyone that was included in a family. When you go to RSVP, it should ask about everyone in your party, but if I’m missing someone or you want to add a guest just reach out to me so I can add them!

Why isn’t my RSPV working?

Answer

The website is really picky about it. You have to enter your name the way I have it entered in the guest book. I may have made an error or used another family member as the main contact, so if your name or family isn’t popping up when you put your name into the search bar, please reach out to me and we can figure it out together!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony is formal, but no need to go crazy or spend a lot of money if you don’t want to. Just come in what you feel best in. The reception was intended to be a Halloween party with costumes, but with the location there isn’t a lot of places to change into costumes. However, if that’s something you or your kiddos want to do, please do!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Goldfield is a fun attraction for the whole family! And despite the “Saloon” being the location of the reception, it’s actually a family friendly restaurant, so no need to worry.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

I tried to choose options that might be good for everyone, but I realized I didn’t provide a veggie option. If you don’t eat meat please let me know and I’ll make sure I get you options. The sandwiches can all be gluten free, and the staff will ask at dinner time if you want cheese or not. We will also have a few appetizer options available. If anyone is still missing their meal at dinner time, please find me and I’ll take care of it!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking at the entrance to the ghost town! I will have signs posted to lead you to the right place. I’m also going to have a truck or test for the kiddos during cocktail hour, that will be set up closer to the reception location. If you’re interested in participating in that, please call me and we can talk more about it!
