FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP date is 1/22/2024. As guests should all be flying in to the wedding, feel free to let us know as you book your flights. The flights may have the best fares when booked 1.5-2 months in advance domestically.

Question

When should I arrive to Vegas?

Answer

Feel free to arrive and leave as you'd like! The wedding is on a Monday, so some guests are flying in on Friday/Saturday and leaving on Tuesday, while others are staying for a few days after the wedding to explore Las Vegas.

Question

What transportation will be organized?

Answer

This may be updated as we get closer to the wedding. Currently, we plan on having a few party buses to provide transport to and from the Linq hotel to the Grove wedding venue. The wedding party will have transportation to and from the rehearsal dinner as well. For additional transportation, we recommend to use Uber/Lyft rideshares or taxis from popular destinations.

Question

Is there a hotel block of reservations?

Answer

No, there is not currently a hotel block reserved. Instead we recommend that guests stay at the Linq hotel so most of the guests can be in a central location, and can interact as desired before and after the wedding.

Question

What will the temperature/climate be like?

Answer

Typically in Las Vegas in early March, the temperature ranges from 46-68F or 8-20C. The wedding will take place later in the day, so it may be cooler although only the ceremony will take place outdoors. Rain is generally not expected, but there is always a chance so we will provide alternative instructions if there is a shower.

Question

What is the dress code and color theme?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail/semi formal attire. For women, feel free to wear either knee or floor length dresses or a suit. For men, a dress shirt and slacks or a suit would fit in great! The color theme of the wedding will be blues and greens with some cream.

Question

What will food options be?

Answer

At the wedding, food will be served during the Reception after the Ceremony. The menu will be a beef and a fish entree, two vegetable sides, one pasta and a salad. Come hungry!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The Venue will have an open bar with beer, wine, and various liquors. In addition, we will provide soju and makgoeli for anyone interested in Korean drinks :)

Question

Will my dietary restrictions be accomodated?

Answer

Of course! We understand that some people have various dietary needs like shellfish or peanut allergies. Please let us know in advance if possible and we can further ensure that you'll be safe and comfortable!

Question

Are there any items I can purchase off a registry?

Answer

We do not plan on having an item based registry due to the additional fees/coordination that it requires. Instead, feel free to contribute to any of the funds with however much you feel comfortable with! The funds have short descriptions that you can use to help decide what to contribute towards. If you would still like to bring a gift, feel free to do so as we have some space to bring items back up to Washington after the wedding.

Question

Will there be other events organized leading up to the wedding?

Answer

This will be updated as we approach the wedding date! Currently we are considering having a wedding brunch on Sunday before the rehearsal dinner.

Question

If I have more questions, who can I talk to?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to either of us by phone or email and we'll respond as soon as possible!

For all the days along the way
