When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2025 so we can plan for your presence or lack thereof. You can RSVP by going to the 'RSVP' tab on our website and following the prompts there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at the venue by no later than 4:15pm so you are not coming in late to the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal garden party attire. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi formal dresses with sandals or heels. Gentleman can wear a suit with or without a tie. No jeans, sneakers, T-shirts, etc!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation to see if your children have been invited. We love our little ones but have chosen to only include children over the age of 5 for our special day. You are more than welcome to bring your children if they are listed when you RSVP, however after the ceremony the reception will be very much an "adult party". Take this opportunity, if possible, to have a date night with your significant other and let your hair down!

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running to and from the hotel where the room block is reserved before and after the wedding. The first shuttle after the reception will be taking guests to Rita's Italian Ice on Lincoln Highway in Lancaster, PA for a fun after party sweet treat :) All guests will be invited to meet up at Rita's, regardless of whether you take the shuttle or not. Shuttle Schedule: DEPART BEFORE from hotel to venue - 3:45pm and 4:05pm DEPART AFTER - 9:30pm (from venue back to hotel), 9:55pm (from venue back to hotel, then to after party), 10:20pm (from venue to after party), 11:00pm (pick up at after party to hotel), 11:30pm (pick up at after party to hotel).

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

We are choosing to have an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you like!
