When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2023. This is to ensure we have an accurate guest count for catering, seating, etc. If we do not receive an RSVP from you we will assume you are celebrating our love from afar.

We are registered through Amazon and Target.

Is camping spots available?

Answer

Yes, there is primitive camping spots available at Black Leg Ranch. There is a cost of 25 dollars for these spots for the weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are shuttle busses available that are located at the hotel that can transport to and from the venue. One shuttle will be picking up guests before the ceremony and two shuttles picking up guests from the venue back to the hotel during the reception. One shuttle will pickup guests from the Ramada at 2:30 to bring guests to the venue. Two shuttles will be running starting at 10pm until 1am, picking up guests from the venue and bringing them back to the Ramada. Please contact the bride or groom with any questions.
