They met senior year of high school in precalculus, and Logan sat behind Hunter. Logan was too nervous to talk to Hunter at first but eventually got the courage to walk with her after class, and they exchanged contact information. The first time they hung out together outside of school, Logan met Hunter's family at a Mexican restaurant, "Rio Grande" in Hutto, TX. Once he saw that Hunter was also part of a salsa-loving family, the rest was history.

Hunter and Logan were both at Disney with Logan's family, and Hunter knew Logan was going to propose one of the days they were there. A few days of the trip go by, and Hunter's feelings of anxiousness were at an all-time high. Finally, they were at Magic Kingdom, eating in Cinderella's Castle, when Logan taps his cup three times (even though it wasn't remotely loud enough). Logan then gets down on one knee and asks Hunter to marry him in front of the crowd of people, and Hunter says "YES!". The whole crowd clapped for them as they start this engaged journey together.
