Hunter and I have known each other our whole lives. Because we both grew up in the sports world since we were very little, we can thank the ball fields for introducing us. From the day we met around 8 years old, we dated intermittently throughout many stages of our lives (as teenagers, in high school, and in college). However, it was never God's timing. We both needed time and experiences apart in order to grow into the people we were suppose to be when our paths crossed for good. At the end of 2022, God aligned all timing and allowed Hunter's mom, who is now our guardian angel, to help make our paths meet when we were both ready. I had the privilege of knowing, loving, sharing a special bond with, and admiring Hunter's mom since I was a little girl. She always told me that I would be her future daughter-in-law before I knew it myself. But we are so grateful that she helped write our story before we did.
