Charleston Water Taxi
You can take the water taxi right from the marina to 3 other locations including downtown Charleston! Option two for getting downtown is the hotel shuttle (if staying at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina) which picks up and drops off in front of Key West Hats on North Market Street. It runs from 9am-9pm every hour.
