When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive to the venue at 4:00 PM for a ceremony start time of 4:30 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome! Please let us know the number of children attending on the RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be grass parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

If we had to put a name to it, we would consider the attire as Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire. Another way to look at it would be like a nice Easter Sunday outfit. Ultimately, we want you to wear what makes you feel good! Suits, sports jackets, long dresses, and dressy jumpsuits are all acceptable. Ties are optional. Assuming the weather permits, the ceremony will take place on grass so we advise against thin heal shoes. The typical temperature of late August is mid-upper 70's but may vary.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know as early as possible about any dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the venue having limited guest capacity, please do not bring any non-RSVP'd guests without our permission.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No we will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. Rideshares do not service the area so please plan your transportation accordingly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a welcome party on Friday, August 29th. Please see the schedule for more details
