What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. ***FOR TENNESSEE PEOPLE: Dayton is in the EASTERN time zone!!! Please plan accordingly if you are planning to drive in the same day of the wedding!***

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-formal. Short or long dresses for women and slacks with a button down and jacket for men. We don't want anyone to stress about what to wear but weddings are a fun opportunity to look your best!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be held at the historic Gerber House on property; it is a mix of indoor and outdoor space with a covered patio. The reception will be indoors at the Event Center.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have 2 options for hotel blocks. Please see the Travel & Hotel section of the website for more information about our hotel blocks.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Holiday Inn Express hotel option offers a shuttle service that runs until 11pm.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

We encourage you to RSVP as soon as you know your plans! Our RSVP deadline is April 1, 2026.
