Why can't I come to the wedding?

Answer

We wanted to do something fun and different for our wedding, something that feels like us. We felt that saving money and eloping to a national park with just our closest family would embody just that. However, we will record our ceremony and upload it onto this website so everyone can still get to experience our wedding day!

Will I still get to celebrate with you?

Answer

Yes! Although we will be eloping for our wedding, we will be having an engagement party to celebrate with all of our friends and family before the big day.

Where should I park for the engagement party?

Answer

Coolidge park has a large parking lot for easy, stress-free parking. It is pay to park - a small fee by the hour, or all day access. You can also choose to try and find street parking along the park road or up on Frazier Avenue.

How do I find where the party is at in the park?

Answer

There are two buildings in Coolidge park: one has a carousel and the other is the Walker Pavilion. When you walk into the park, the Walker Pavilion will be on your right. We will have a sign by the front door displaying that our engagement party is there.

Do I need to bring a gift to the engagement party?

Answer

We will have a table set up for anyone that would like to bring a gift, but you certainly do not have to! We also have a digital registry on this website if you want to check that out or donate to our honeymoon funds.
