Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVPs by January 28th, 2026 to help us accommodate all our guests appropriately. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. If your plans change after this date, do not hesitate to contact us directly!

Question

Are there any rules for the venue?

Answer

Yes, they prohibit any outside food or drinks (including alcohol), glitter, rice, confetti, or balloons. Please do not bring any of these items to the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is business casual. As it is February, it will be COLD! Please dress accordingly. Our reception venue is indoors with heating, but also has an outdoor area by the Train Depot. HEMA folks... you know what to do. :)

Question

Can I bring my kids or an extra guest?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! In fact, we highly encourage it! If your photos include other guests, ensure you have their permission before posting to social media. We will have mini film cameras available for guests to take photos during the reception, as well as a professional photographer on site. These photos will be shared with everyone afterward.

Question

Where should I park at the venue?

Answer

The venue's address should lead you to the larger parking lot, which has a short walk to the front doors. This has been set aside for our guests. Use the Roundhouse address to get to the parking lot. 398 Monroe St NW, Huntsville, AL 35801 There are limited spots right outside the building, which we are reserving for catering, staff, and guests in need of mobility accommodations.

Question

Are there accommodations for guests with mobility aids?

Answer

Yes! We have made sure that our venue is accessible via a wheelchair ramp, has handrails, and has parking right outside the venue. If you or any other guest requires specific accommodations due to mobility challenges or have questions on accessibility, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary accommodations so we can make sure you're taken care of. To view the menu beforehand, our catering will be through the lovely and local - Valentina's Kitchen: https://www.instagram.com/valentinas_kitchen20

Question

I'm now unable to attend the wedding. What should I do?

Answer

If your plans have changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Everyone's health and safety is a top priority for us. If you are sick or think that you may be getting sick, we ask that you please stay home to help protect other loved ones that are attending.
