Yes! This is how we can ensure enough food and chairs for everyone. IMPORTANT: If you do not RSVP by the beginning of March 2026, you will be marked as "not going".
Absolutely! The group sites are reserved from Friday, July 17 through Sunday, July 19. We are NOT able to check in any earlier than 4 pm Friday (7/17/26) and checkout is no later than 12 pm Sunday (7/19/26). We just ask that you either hangout in the day use area or the "Group A" area while we're getting everything set up Saturday (morning/afternoon). Of course you can leave the campground completely for this time as well.
12 p.m. for all guests/campers.
Absolutely! The campsites can accommodate RV's or tents.
Yes! While there is not sewer hookups in each campsite, the campground is equipped with a waste disposal for your RV.
Yes, but be aware that you will need to be on top of cleaning up after them (we do not want surprise piles all over the campground), they will also need a place to stay during the ceremony (kennel, RV, ect.). We are so grateful to be able to have them out there, but please NO free roaming pets, as we would hate for any to go missing. IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT IS NOT FRIENDLY WHETHER IT BE TOWARDS PEOPLE OR OTHER PETS PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM.
Unfortunately no. Please do not bring yours, or you will be asked to take it back home. These are the campground rules, not ours.
We have tried to take into consideration everyone's pluses (families included). If you're unsure if your entire crew is accounted for, feel free to reach out to Erin (Bride). If unsure of how to get ahold of her, you can obtain her info via Hunter (Groom) or Jade (Erin's Mom 541-661-2004).
We will be proving appetizers/dinner for the night of the wedding, however it is a BYO-alcohol. We will provide non-alcoholic beverages for the dinner/reception. If you're planning on camping with us you will be expected to provide yourself with all other meals/drinks.
Yes!
Please feel free to reach out to us (Erin or Hunter), or to the bride's mother (Jade) at 541-661-2004.
