It is with heavy hearts that Elliot and I share with you that we have decided to completely cancel our June 5th, celebration. 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, but ours was made a little brighter by the fact that we were able to tie the knot with just our immediate families and wedding party present on June 24, 2020, our four-year anniversary. It was an incredibly special day, and we were deeply saddened that all of you were not able to share it with us. We were very hopeful looking into the new year, but, upon further reflection, we do not have confidence that the state of the COVID-19 pandemic will be improved enough to have the kind of celebration we’d like to by June. The time has come for us to “call it,” so to speak. This is obviously not what we had planned, and it will forever make us sad that we were not able to share such a happy occasion with everyone we love. But who knows? Maybe we will have a rager of a 10-year anniversary!
Even though they sadly couldn’t be with everyone they loved on their special day, Hunter and Elliot got married on their four-year anniversary with just their parents, siblings, and wedding parties. if you would like to celebrate their marriage with them from afar, a gift and a note would be very happily received.
