Our journey began in the most unexpected way, sparked by a mutual connection through Hunter’s sister, Grace. We first crossed paths at a Winter Jam concert, where we were strangers sharing the same space, unaware of the magic that awaited us. As the summer of 2023 unfolded, group hangouts brought us closer, and we found ourselves drawn to each other’s laughter and easy conversation. Hunter took a bold step and asked Chloe out to see a documentary about the Ark. At first Chloe thought it was a group outing—turns out, it was our first date! That sweet mix-up led to us making it official just days later. From there, our love blossomed through shared moments: attending every artist series at BJU, sipping coffee during countless Cars and Coffee mornings in Hunter’s truck, and staying up late into the night, lost in conversations about musicals and all things mechanical. Together, we’ve navigated new careers, tackled school, and cheered each other on through every adventure. On August 23, 2025, under a moment as perfect as our journey, Hunter asked Chloe to be his forever—and she said yes. We can’t wait to write the next chapter of our love story as husband and wife.
