Question

Where will the ceremony & reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Mountain Heights Venue in Soddy Daisy. A timeline of our wedding is provided under the "timeline" tab. Venue address: 1298 Hendon Road, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379

Answer

The venue is based in Central Standard Time, but runs off Eastern Time. Just be cautious when placing the address into your GPS. If you plan to arrive at 4, it will say you're arriving at 3, that is the correct time!

Will there be a Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

We will be hosting a rehearsal dinner for immediate family & out of town guests, please check your RSVP for the invite.

How do I RSVP

Answer

Please go to the RSVP tab, enter your name, and RSVP from there OR use the QR code on formal invitations.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 14, 2026 (Valentine's Day). Late RSVPs will not be accepted.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (February 14th), it will automatically be marked as "not attending". We will miss you dearly but it is very important for us to give a final guest count to our vendors so we can plan accordingly. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please arrive in semi-formal/formal wear in your favorite spring colors/patterns - no white or black please. Women: this includes knee length or floor length dresses or a dressy jumpsuit. Men: Slacks/khakis and a dress shirt with an optional tie or jacket, please do NOT wear jeans.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, we ask that all guest arrive around 4pm to be able to get a seat. Those who show up late are asked to stay in their cars until the ceremony is over and join us at cocktail hour.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available! Once you pull into the venue, please park in the large gravel parking lot. **If you plan on drinking, please arrange to have a designated driver or have an uber/lyft drop you off/pick you up from the venue, the venue does not offer overnight parking. We want everyone to get home safely.**

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitations will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones dearly, only children of immediate family are included in our guest count. Children invited are included on your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have chosen to do an unplugged ceremony. We want everyone present while we say "I Do", we have hired an AMAZING photography to capture the ceremony and will share those pictures as soon as we get them back. Take as many pictures as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be offering a limited open bar. We will provide 2 signature drinks, 2 different kinds of beer, and a seltzer option.

What will weather be like?

Answer

Weather in late March will range from low 60's to mid 70's with slight chances of rain. Please be sure to check the weather the week of to plan accordingly.

Answer

Where are you registered at for gifts?

Answer

For anyone wanting to give gifts, our registries are linked under the “registry” tab. All gifts may be sent to our address if you would like - it is provided on all registries and on the back of invites.
