FAQs

Question

Why get married on February 14th?

Answer

Hunter's grandparents have always been a big role model in her life from their relationship, careers, and everything in between. Edmond & Kitty Speer were married on February 13, 1966 for a beautiful 56 years before Kitty (Ninnie) passed on January 1, 2022. On February 13, 2026 they would have been married for 60 years. We could not think of another day filled with so much love and beautiful memories to start our lives together. So on February 14, 2026 Hunter & Carter will continue their love story as husband and wife.

Question

Answer

While we would love to extend everyone a plus one we do not have the capacity to do so. If you are given a plus one it will be listed on your invitation!

Answer

Please wear your best western formal attire!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with the exception of a few that are in the couples family. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night as we celebrate with you!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The most important question! We will have a open bar with a limited menu, but plenty of everyone's favorites.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Will we be having an unplugged ceremony. Meaning that when the ceremony starts we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our incredibly talented photographer to be able to capture this special moment with no interruptions.
