Are kids welcome?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be child-free besides those participating in the wedding ceremony.

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

One of the things we love most about Bonnet Island Estate is that the entire wedding day takes place in one stunning waterfront setting. Our ceremony will be held indoors in the Boathouse Chapel, followed by cocktail hour on the covered patio and outdoor terrace overlooking Barnegat Bay. The evening will continue indoors in the ballroom, where guests can enjoy sweeping water views and celebrate with us all night long.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We invite our guests to embrace the occasion and join us for a beautiful evening celebrating by the water.

Will there be transportation to and from hotels for ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from Bonnet Island Estate for guests staying at the Holiday Inn Manahawkin, Hotel LBI, and Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel. Shuttle schedules and pickup locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available at Bonnet Island Estate for guests who choose to drive. However, we encourage guests staying at one of our hotel blocks to take advantage of the provided shuttle transportation so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.
