During the summer of 2017, Hunter & I both worked as Sales Associates at St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store (St. Vinny's) in Madison. Hunter was actually assigned to train me on my first day. I think we played cat and mouse for about a month before our first "date". Turns out, the day before I met Hunter at St. Vinny's, I totaled my car, leaving me with only a bicycle and a bus pass to get to work every day. As fate would have it, Hunter's family had an extra vehicle they were willing to sell me. Long story short, after negotiating the purchase of the legendary Hoopty (a '93 Toyota Corolla that would have rusted in half before it ever stopped running), Hunter invited me to "get food at Chipotle". I agreed, we shared some deep, intimate stories, enjoyed a couple burritos, and the rest is #HappilyEverAmato.
