Welcome party: Attire is cocktail casual. Aim for a polished yet relaxed look! Ladies, think midi dresses, a flowy skirt with a stylish top, or dressy pants paired with something fun and elevated. Men, slacks and chinos with a button-down or polo are perfect. Extra credit for blazers, but not required :) Wedding: Attire is black tie optional. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up! Ladies, think floor-length gowns, elevated midi or tea-length dresses, and elegant pantsuits. We will be on low-profile grass that can withstand most heels if that is your shoe of choice! That said, heel protectors are recommended for stilettos. Men, think tuxedos and darker colored suits.
Light bites, desserts, and drinks will be provided, but we recommend grabbing a bite to eat beforehand. Please feel free to visit our "Things to Do/Restaurants" page for our Greenville recs!
While we love your little ones, this is an adult only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and we appreciate your understanding!
Due to limited space and transportation, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your date's name will be listed on your invitation. If you did not receive a plus one, please refrain from bringing a date as we are hoping to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
All events are taking place out doors. *We would love for you to take a minute to send good weather vibes out into the universe :)* Areas of shade will be provided at Cocktail Hour. The Reception will take place under a tent. If there is a chance of rain, the Ceremony will be moved to a covered location.

Yes! We are providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. There will be guest shuttles at the Westin Poinsett Hotel, Courtyard Marriott, and the Grand Bohemian. These shuttles will arrive at 2:30pm, please do not be late, as they depart promptly. There will be an event planner representative present, should you have any questions before boarding the shuttle. Shuttles back to Greenville are provided at 7:50 PM (for those needing to leave earlier in the night) and at 10:00 PM, after the reception has ended. If planning to ride on the shuttles, please note this when prompted on your RSVP.
No worries, you are welcome to drive yourself! When you arrive at the venue, please give your name at the gate. Parking is best at the Orchard House (main Clubhouse). Golf cart transportation will be provided to the ceremony site.
We will be providing multiple stations of food that should accommodate anyone that is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or pescatarian. If you need a special accommodation, please reach out directly so we can plan accordingly.
