Yes, Estes Park has some wonderful lodging options. We’ve listed a couple that we have room blocks with under our travel section but you are more than welcome to book with another hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo.

Given the intimate nature of our wedding, the reception guest list is limited to close friends and family. If you received a plus-one, please be sure to RSVP for them too!

Question

Can we see the ceremony or part of it remotely?

We are keeping our ceremony private and intimate, but we’ll be sure to share pictures and videos after the event.

Question

How do I access Rocky Mountain National Park

Answer

Since Estes Park is right next to Rocky Mountain National Park, we wanted to give you a heads-up about the pass system in case you plan to visit the park during your trip. Here's everything you need to know: 1. Timed Entry Reservation System (May 27 – Oct 10) To help manage the number of visitors, Rocky Mountain National Park uses a timed entry permit system during peak seasons. This means that you’ll need to reserve a timed entry pass before you enter the park. How It Works: Reserve in advance: You’ll need to book a pass online at https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/timed-entry-permit-system.htm for your desired time slot. Access to the park: Once you have your pass, you can enter the park at any time during your time window. 2. Where to Buy the Pass: Passes can be purchased online through the official Rocky Mountain National Park website or through the recreation.gov app. It’s a good idea to secure your pass ahead of time as they can sell out, especially on weekends. 3. What if I Don’t Have a Timed Entry Pass? If you’re unable to secure a pass, or prefer not to go through the timed entry system, you can still visit the park before 5:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, when entry is first-come, first-served. However, some popular areas may be more crowded during these times. 4. Park Entrance Fees: In addition to the timed entry pass, there is also a general park entrance fee (which applies to everyone). Make sure to have your entry fee ready if you're visiting! https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/fees.htm We recommend securing your pass as early as possible, especially if you're planning to visit popular spots like Bear Lake or Trail Ridge Road. If you have any questions about the process or need help navigating the pass system, let us know—we're happy to assist!

Question
