What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to our 'accommodations' section for more information. Room blocks expire on 9/29/2023 at 5pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Semi- Formal/ Cocktail attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children and plus ones are only invited if named.

Can I take pictures of the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture those special moments. After the ceremony, feel free to click away! Be sure to use our hashtag #TheHuntIsOver

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we plan to hold our ceremony outside followed by an outdoor/ indoor reception. We expect it to be a bit chilly, so please plan accordingly but who knows in October!

Is there parking accommodations?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking onsite! However, we recommend you take advantage of the hotel shuttle, Uber or Lyft.
