Yes! Shuttle service will be provided between the Bluemont Hotel and Blue Vista. Guests may choose to take the shuttle to the ceremony and/or return to the hotel at the end of the evening.
Guests are encouraged to arrive between 4:30–4:45 PM to allow time for parking & seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
Blue Vista is approximately 25 minutes from the Bluemont Hotel in Manhattan, KS.
Parking is available onsite in designated gravel lots. Please follow signage upon arrival.
Yes! If you choose to leave your car overnight, please make sure it’s picked up by 1:00 PM the next day. Any vehicles left after that time may be towed at the owner’s expense. We want everyone to get home safely!
We adore your little ones! However, our wedding will be primarily adults-only. If your children are invited, they will appear when you search your name to RSVP.
Kindly RSVP by June 1, 2026 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly.
We will have an open bar and buffet style dinner for our guests at the reception. There will also be cake!
Last call is at 11:00 PM, and all alcohol must be finished by 11:30 PM.
Our dress code is cocktail attire. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone in style! Our ceremony will be held outside and reception will be held indoors.
If you received a plus one, it will be specified on your RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
