Our I-Do Crew

Meet the crew who will all be standing up with Hunter and Lindsey during their big moment!

Joel Hamlik

Best Man

Joel and Hunter met in college when they worked on a project together. From there they have never stopped doing projects. From flying to China for a novel electronic competition, to building a giant laser cutter in their basement, these two may not sleep the night before but they always get the job done.

Natalie Hendren

Maid of Honor

Natalie "Spill the Tea Sis" Hendren and Lindsey "drama is like crack cocaine TELL ME EVERYTHING" Parker were naturally drawn together at WSUV and as roommates while they both got corporate jobs in a big 'ol adult world. She was the FIRST and FOREMOST Captain of the 'Lunter' ship and got to happily watch all of the drama unfold and thus gets a place of honor in their hearts as well as the bridal table.

Jaron Hamlik

Groomsman

Jaron and Hunter knew each other from LAN parties, but really became friends when they started running together. Since that day the two have run hundreds of miles while discussing mathematics, programming and philosophy. Before Jaron moved to Colorado to join the ranks of our overlord Google, the two hatched a plan to visit NYC. In 2019 the trip was realized and Jaron helped Hunter propose to Lindsey.

Tyler Uhl

Brother of the Bride

Tyler and Lindsey were in the same pod in Kindergarten until Lindsey forcefully adopted him into the Parker Clan as one part lifelong companion and two parts adoptive older brother and despite the long distance, broken bones (of which there have been many), he's been there for every celebration and heartbreak ever since and always will be.

Scott Van Sickle

Groomsman

Scott and Hunter have worked together for ten years. Although they have argued about just about everything, they remain friends. Scott and Hunter have spent hours discussing welding, beekeeping, politics, and the nature of the universe. Scott is an invaluable source of wisdom but its advisable to get comfy as "Scotty story time" has a history of taking a while.

Savannah Scribner

Bridesmaid

Life-long sisters, amazing human being, Harry Potter puppet songs, and yard-rake sword fights that end in giant purple bruises, Savannah adopted Lindsey into the Scribner Clan when they were teenagers— providing a lifetime of love, affection, and support (and ass kicking when necessary). The term 'thick as thieves' applies here—Savannah is Lindsey's oldest and most trusted friend.

Josh Kim

Groomsman

Josh and Hunter have become closer friend in the past few years as they brew beer, hike in the alps, and ride motorcycles.

Sabrina Scribner

Bridesmaid

From three-year-old kid to grown-ass adult, Lindsey has cherished Sabrina like her own sister for almost two decades (ow?) and also one of her dearest friends. From sleepovers with her and late night gaming sessions to all the Star Wars movies and sushi dates, there aren't many memories that Lindsey loves that don't have Sabrina at the center of them.

Cameron Burak

Groomsman

coming soon

Quill Onstead

Sworn Shield

Quill's first mistake was accusing Lindsey of writing like Stephanie Meyer in their college creative writing class (and then looked like a deer in headlights when it looked like Lindsey was about to jump over the table to strangle them). Their second mistake was being an introvert that got adopted by a slightly introverted extrovert for NaNoWriMo shenanigans and movie madness— and somewhere along the line, a rock-climbing gym. And now there's a life debt between them, or something.

Kevin Sandison

Groomsman

Brooklyn Scribner

Bridesmaid

The littlest of the Scribner Clan, Lindsey first met Brooklyn when she was a week old. Lindsey had a brief period of time where her catchphrase was 'Fight me!' (it was a long time ago) and unfortunately Brooklyn picked that up for an entire summer. When Brooklyn does something that she shouldn't be doing Lindsey's first response is to look guilty and say 'okay yeah, that's probably my fault'.
