Trolley Ride to the Lō‘ī
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
Plan to arrive at The Plantation House by Gaylords by 3:00 PM. Once everyone is gathered, we’ll head to the trolley at 3:30 PM for a scenic ride to the Lō‘ī, the lush taro field where our ceremony will be held. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us as we say “I do,” surrounded by the beauty of Kaua‘i. After the ceremony, we’ll take photos and share a champagne toast before boarding the trolley back to Mahikō Lānai for cocktail hour.
Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Enjoy canapes, cocktails, and music as we kick off the evening.
Dinner Service
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Sit down for a delicious dinner and good company, followed by first dances, cake cutting, and dessert.
