FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30PM to ensure you're able to find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Be comfortable and festive! Jeans are totally fine, but please skip anything too casual or worn, like T-shirts or your finest pair of yardwork sneakers. Aim for nice/business casual to semi-formal — button downs, cocktail dresses, blouses, etc.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding is an adult-focused celebration. We hope you can arrange a fun night for the kids so you can relax, dance, and enjoy the day with us!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors in a connected space — though guests are welcome to move freely between the indoor and outdoor areas throughout the evening.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, we’d love for you to bring someone special! If it doesn’t, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can celebrate with all of our guests.

Question

What is the weather typically like this time of year?

Answer

Early October in Northern NJ often still carries some of September's warmer temperatures, with crisp comfortable days in the 60s and 70s. Evenings can cool down into the 40s or 50s.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 4, 2026 so we can finalize our plans and make sure there’s enough food, drinks, and dancing for everyone.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please share any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll work with the caterers to make sure you have delicious and safe options available. If you’ve already RSVP’d without this information, please contact Hunter by August 4, 2026 to ensure accommodations can be made.

Question

Will Memphis & Nash be at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our day wouldn't be complete without them. They'll be around before and during the ceremony, spreading puppy love, but will skip the reception to keep the day comfortable for them.

Question

What should I do if I have additional questions?

Answer

You can reach out to either one (or both) of us directly anytime.
